Senior Andrew Vita was honored at a luncheon on Sunday as OP's NJSIAA Scholar Athlete for 2016. Andrew is a 3 season athlete competing in Cross Country, Indoor Track and Track and Field and will continue his academic career at Lafayette.

Senior Golfer John Felitto was named as OP's Scholar Athlete and was awarded a plaque at the Union County Scholar Athlete Dinner on Wednesday night. John is a four year golfer for the Rams, and will continue his education and athletic career at Notre Dame.

Justin Oei wrote the third winning essay on a personal experience he had during one of our OP Bridges service trips. He attended a dinner award ceremony at Seton Hall University this past Thursday, April 28.

OP won first place in a contest sponsored by the NJ Coalition Against Human Trafficking and a grant supplied by Atlantic Health Systems. There were approximately twenty high schools, colleges, and NJ organizations who displayed artistically decorated wooden silhouettes at the Fair Trade Event held at Morris County College.

Congratulations to Arnold Picinich (OP Class of 2008) and his partner Nina Tony, Champions of the Brooklyn Rounds of the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition. They will represent Seton Hall Law Moot Court in Chicago at the National Final Rounds in April.

Congratulations to Peter Ainsworth class of 2020 who achieved the rank of Eagle Scout at his board of review on February 15, 2016.

Congratulations to Matt Billups, OP Class of 2012, on earning Centennial Conference Honors with the Johns Hopkins Basketball team.

The Oratory Prep Summer Academy offers educational, athletic, and recreational programs for boys and girls, grades 5-12. All camps and courses run weekdays throughout June and July.
