Dates & Deadlines
Below are the important dates for the 2025-2026 admissions cycle. Please note that the COOP/HSPT and scholarship exams are for 9th grade applicants only.
The initial application deadline for the 2025-2026 school year is Friday, December 6, 2024.
| September 1, 2024 | Online registration for the COOP/HSPT opens |
| September 29, 2024 | Open House from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. |
| October 14, 2024 | Financial aid application opens (tentative date) |
| October 18, 2024 | Deadline to submit extended time requests for the COOP/HSPT |
| October 24, 2024 | Open House from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. |
| October 25, 2024 | Deadline to register for the COOP/HSPT |
| November 1-6, 2024 | Test site admission letters mailed or emailed to those registered to take the COOP/HSPT |
| November 8, 2024 | COOP/HSPT Test from 8:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. (Extended time from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) |
| November 22, 2024 | Bain-Gearin Scholarship Exam & 7th Grade Entrance Exam |
| December 6, 2023 | Financial aid priority filing deadline Deadline for completed applications for 2024-2025 school year |
