Peer Mentors & Student Ambassadors

The Oratory Prep Peer Mentoring Program fosters a smooth transition to life at OP by pairing new students with supportive upperclassmen mentors. Through guidance, encouragement, and shared experience, the program helps build confidence, connection, and a strong sense of community during a student’s first year.

Peer mentors are recognized as campus leaders who embody the values of Oratory Prep. Selected through a comprehensive application process, these students demonstrate reliability, integrity, and commitment to the OP Brotherhood. Once selected, mentors participate in training designed to strengthen their leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

Throughout the school year, mentors meet regularly with their mentees to offer support, encourage involvement in school life, and help them adjust to the expectations and opportunities of OP. In addition to supporting new students, mentors serve as ambassadors of the school, modeling leadership and Brotherhood while representing the mission and values of Oratory Prep.
