A Light for the OP Community

Oratory Prep proudly congratulates Mr. Steve Maybe on receiving the Archdiocesan Adult Light of the World Award at the Jubilee of Youth, held at the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart. This distinguished honor recognizes individuals who live out their faith through service, leadership, and joyful witness. Mr. Maybe embodies these values in every sense, making him a most deserving recipient of this meaningful recognition.

A dedicated and beloved member of the Oratory Prep family, Mr. Maybe consistently goes above and beyond to engage students through athletics, physical education, and a lifelong commitment to health and fitness. His boundless energy, encouragement, and genuine care for young men leave a lasting impact that extends far beyond the gym or playing field. Through his example, students learn the importance of discipline, perseverance, and caring for both body and spirit.

The Oratory Prep community also proudly celebrates Kieran Philbrick, Joseph DeMarco, and Nolan Gabel, who were recognized alongside Mr. Maybe at the Jubilee of Youth. Together, their leadership, service, and commitment to faith reflect the very heart of the OP Brotherhood. We are grateful for the light each of them brings to our community and congratulate them on this well-earned honor.
