Standardized Testing
Oratory Prep administers a comprehensive suite of standardized assessments to support academic growth, college readiness, and long-term planning for our students. All 11th grade students take both the PSAT and the ACT as part of our college preparatory program, ensuring that every Junior gains valuable testing experience and receives actionable feedback as they begin the college admissions process.
In addition, students in grades 9 and 10 participate in early-readiness assessments—the PSAT 8/9 and the PreACT—which help them build confidence, identify academic strengths, and understand areas for continued development. These early benchmarks allow our faculty and counselors to better guide students on their individualized academic journeys.
Students enrolled in Advanced Placement (AP) courses will be registered for their AP Exams in accordance with the official College Board schedule. This ensures that our AP students are fully prepared and supported as they work toward earning college credit and demonstrating mastery in their chosen subjects.
If you have questions about testing, please contact our test coordinator, Mrs. Erin Zirkel.
