She worked as an electrical engineer for AT&T Wireless but then “retired” to become a full-time Mom to her two daughters. Serving as a religious ed teacher, Girl Scout leader, and room parent reignited her childhood desire to become a teacher. She taught at Hudson Catholic, The Patrick School and at St. Mary of the Assumption HS, where she taught Math and Engineering and coached the STEM team.
