Through regular check-ins, group activities, and informal conversations, mentors serve as a steady source of support—helping their peers navigate the academic and social aspects of high school with confidence. The program also reinforces the values of leadership, responsibility, and empathy among the mentors themselves, making it a rewarding experience for both sides.
