Ms. Paulina Biason

Ms. Biason graduated with a B.A. in religious studies and a minor in psychology from Felician University. She brings with her seventeen years of experience, having dedicated her entire career to high school Catholic education. She has taught at every grade level, served several years as campus minister while simultaneously spending the last twelve years as department chair.
 
Most recently, Ms. Biason served as an Echo mentor through partnership with the University of Notre Dame. Her role as mentor was to bring new ideas to Catholic education, as well as teaching skills and resources to the Echo apprentice. Most importantly, she created a space to build a rapport, to mentor and encourage the apprentice through theological reflection while on their teaching and spiritual journey.
 
Ms. Biason is particularly dedicated to delivering an education capable of reaching every student in his particular walk of life; she believes strongly that all students are eminently qualified for success, and is dedicated to their personal growth both in and out of the classroom.
