Welcome!

 

The Fitness Club will meet twice a week in the fall and mornings throughout the remainder of the school year. We will be working on general fitness such as weight training, plyometrics, and cardio vascular fitness. We will help facilitate off-season workout plans given to students by their coaches. In addition, the fitness club will be for any students that are not athletes and are looking to gain knowledge about the fitness center and all of its equipment. For non-student athletes, workout regimens will be provided to them according to their fitness goals. They will be given information about different workout plans and can decide where they see their future growth.
