Dates & Deadlines
Below are the important dates for the 2024-2025 admissions cycle. Please note that the COOP/HSPT and scholarship exams are for 9th grade applicants only.
The initial application deadline for the 2024-2025 school year was Monday, December 4, 2023. From this point forward, all applications will be considered on a rolling basis depending on space.
| September 1, 2023 | Online registration for the COOP/HSPT opens |
| October 1, 2023 | Open House from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. |
| October 16, 2023 | Financial aid application opens (tentative date) |
| October 18, 2023 | Deadline to submit extended time requests for the COOP/HSPT |
| October 25, 2023 | Deadline to register for the COOP/HSPT |
| October 26, 2023 | Open House from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. |
| November 1-8, 2023 | Test site admission letters mailed or emailed to those registered to take the COOP/HSPT |
| November 10, 2023 | COOP/HSPT Test from 8:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. (Extended time from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) |
| November 18, 2023 | Bain-Gearin Scholarship Exam & 7th Grade Entrance Exam |
| December 2, 2023 | Bain-Gaerin Scholarship Exam & 7th Grade Entrance Exam |
